I'M ON MY WAY

On my way, and coming back
To your ways Lord
The faith I lacked is mine now to keep
I believe more than I ever did before
My trust in You Lord, will for ever be with me
Through all the places--as a child----I have roamed
My thoughts were like I was already grown
Still a part of me that's quiet and not wild

Let's look over and not look back
From the times, I needed You to carry me---Thank You for that
I've come to a new realization
That to worry, creates fear
Fear causes anxiety and
Anxiety can be distractive for sure

I've needed to wait for Your call
And not do things my way
So to block the faults and miss the stumbles
I'll just be my quiet self and not grumble
Your blessings, as I look around
Are from when You picked me and from the cold, dark ground

I see now, where losses have turned to gains
Even through the storms with the unwanted rains
You paved my way, but it's not over
Till you come and say----
I want you to come over into
My mansions, filled with beauty, love and song
No need to worry, there nothing will go wrong

He tells me if I have a mountain you're trying to climb
Leave it to me and let's then chime
And sing and dance and clap our hands
There will  be many of your family and
Many from across the land
Let love shine through You now, and
Get a taste of what's above
For every and eternally in your new home

Goodnight my friends and close your eyes
You could see visions of me in the sky
The stars a-glittering will help you out
As we get together and praise, sing and shout

Hallelujah ---- Praise you Lord
