A PRAISE TO GOD

 

When I talk to You God

You know where I am

You know where I've been and

You know where I am now

It is so great Lord to have You so near to my heart

and from me, I'll know You'll never depart

 

You've walked with me before and

You'll walk with me more

Until we're hand in hand and at Heaven's door

My problems are few, since I've found You

I give them to You, and you know what to do

 

You take my hurts and cares

and my burdens you share

I'm kept very well, and

The world I'll surely tell

If you don't know Jesus

You will live forever in hell

 

One may think they're carrying too much

But if you let them go completely, they'll lose touch

With the only One who can save them and

Give them a world....life, not grim

My heart feels swollen as I talk to You

Please be with me, in all that I do.....

I need you close so I won't feel alone....

Want more of You of what You've shown

 

You dragged me out of the gulley's and then

I've come live and accept my fellow men

I won't do as they do, and won't act like them

I'll pick up my cross and carry it and follow you...

I'm walking now and wanting to run....

To meet You Lord, in the midnight sun

Flowing through me like a river so deep

I pray You Lord, my soul will keep
